Corrective drainage works have now been completed in the hammerhead at the top of The Fairway. Works are ongoing in the adjacent buffer zone and when these are completed the hammerhead will be resurfaced (date TBC). Those properties in the affected area will continue to be updated as required on how these works may impact them.
Work is expected to be completed this week to replace the manhole ring and internal ladder in this area, with delivery of the ladder expected early this week. The area will remain fenced off until the works are completed.
